In accordance with College Policies and Practices:

  • Registrants are required to notify the college as soon as a home address occurs. 

  • Registrants must notify the office, in writing, within 7 days of an employment change.

Please print and the complete the appropriate form(s) below and send them to the College office as soon as changes take place.  The College must be kept up-to-date at all times re both your employment status, location of employment and your home address change.
